Bfoot Studios is a consolidation of many talented folks. The following is a list our partners who have been integral, if not invaluable, members of the Bfoot virtual team.

Foot Fetish?

Do you like the new Bfoot logo or do you miss the foot icon? Here are some feet we've used in our previous logos:

Hey, what's with Bfoot?

We weren't always Bfoot Studios. Friends and colleagues will remember when we called ourselves Barefoot Graphics. That was almost two decades ago. Since then our name has evolved along with our services, our customers and our media.

Anybody who has undertaken the exercise of naming a company in the past ten years knows the importance of domain name availability. Luckily, when Barefoot was in its infancy it was a little easier to secure a meaningful URL. Barefoot.com was not available, but Bfoot.com was. For years we faced the challenge of communicating a web address different then our company name, but today – in this age of rediculouslyLengthyDomainNames – we cherish our little five-letter URL. So much so, in fact, that we changed our name match it.

About the founder

John Lione started Bfoot Studios in the late 1980's with a simple goal in mind: to build fun stuff. Whether creating a sophisticated marketing campaign, an artificial intelligence system for Texas Hold'em bots, or complex board game mechanics, he applies a unique combination of creative and technical skills. Along the way John has gained indispensable experience working for an advertising agency, a design studio and a digital marketing firm. John holds a B.A. from Wesleyan University.
